Introduction

Many people in all walks of life have had some experience of the Paranormal, whether by seeing, sensing and yes, even by smell.These people may see something or feel as if someone is around them. They may even experience the scent of perfume, or the smell of tobacco smoke, when there is no one in the vicinity wearing perfume, or smoking a pipe.

Of course very often they "Don't talk about it" for fear of being thought of as being weird, or perhaps of being ridiculed, when in truth what they have witnessed have been quite normal occurrences. A favourite Uncle of mine who was in the Eighth Army while in the Western Desert, once told me that his platoon were 'Guided' through some sort of minefield whilst in action. He didn't see anyone, but he swears to this day that they were helped by someone "unseen." These are not isolated incidents, if they were added up together, hundreds of people have had some such happenings in their lifetimes.

Some of you who decide to read these pages, will no doubt ask yourselves if you can really believe what you are reading.

Someone once said that "Experience is a clever school." Ask me what it is like working down a coal mine,  and I wouldn't have a clue. Ask me about working in a steelworks, or a Nylon factory, and I could tell you a story or two! So experience is all.

For those who are searching for truth, all I ask is that you keep an open mind,and ask yourselves, "Is it beyond belief, can it really be true?"

At the end of the day only you can decide that.  I can only write the way it was, and of course still is....
